Little Thunder and Telephone_Fung of Apple kingdom are both being invited along with other famous designers in town to display their artworks in Chocolate Trail@Harbour City. All artworks are being created by chocolate as the material in this exhibition. Little Thunder and Telephone_Fung created the artwork of “chocolady” to display the beauty of a lady with make-up in this sculpture.

All artworks will be displayed at the Gateway Arcade, Harbour City from 21 January to 24 March, 2010.

Little Thunder was being invited recently to take part in designing comic images in Joey Yung’s new EP《Joey‧Ten》. Little Thunder created nine different trendy comic images for Joey’s 10th anniversary EP and the result was pleasantly surprised and marvelous! Among all images, Little Thunder picked the “black rabbit” as her most favorable design, which she thought the character is cool and extraordinary. To make the comic images even more outstanding, Little Thunder used Japanese comic style which is being applied in her work for the very first time. She believed this new style is totally refreshing and there are many special techniques that could be used. It gives her a lot of inspiration in her future design.

The 3-consecutive-day exhibition in the Hong Kong International Licensing Show had been completed successfully. Apple Kingdom had met with a lot of people from different industries, such as the creative, licensing, multi-media, manufacturers and advertising, etc, from around the world. We had also done interviews with media from Japan and New York. Thank you for your support!

Nike AW77 and Milk magazine had invited Apple Kingdom’s artists Little Thunder and Telephone_fung for an interview about “AW77 Customization Project”. Little Thunder and Tele especially designed their own patterns for the project which were silk-printed on their chosen hoodies ‘instantly’ during the interview.

The two girls were very excited about having their artworks transforming into fashion worn on them. Tele had chosen some of her favourite characters from her sketch books which recorded her quirky styles, while Little Thunder had chosen her popular artwork of two eating girls incorporated with characters “The Bi-Polar Man”.

They think it was a real fun experience. They were so honour to have the FIRST and ONLY customized hoodies in the world.

Little Thunder has participated in the “Character of Hong Kong Cartoon Exhibition” organized by the HSBC with other 24 local Hong Kong cartoonists. Little Thunder has once again shown her talents in a different style.

The exhibition aims to portray the character of Hong Kong by group of local cartoonists and art students from tertiary institutes. For this exhibition, Little Thunder has invited her father, who is an artist of traditional Chinese painting, to complete this special joint artwork for this special event.

To celebrate Little Thunder's first comic and drawing book release in Hong Kong. Apple Kingdom and Kubrick have organized a launch. Friends and fans were invited. We are back from Taiwan, the TTF 2009. Apple Kingdom participated with CatDog forever and Little Thunder's designs. A lot of Taiwan local and Hong Kong designers were gathered in the show. No matter how hot the weather was, the visitors, the exhibitors and the designers have enjoyed themselves very much this popular toy show.
